Terms of Service
1. Services
Continental Bus Lines LLC. provides charter bus transportation services in the Houston metropolitan area and across the United States and Canada. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
2. Reservations & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total charter amount is required to confirm any reservation. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the departure date. Reservations are not guaranteed until a signed contract and deposit are received.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 25–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)
- Cancellations fewer than 24 days before departure: no refund
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing — verbal cancellations are not accepted
4. Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. The following are strictly prohibited on all Continental Bus Lines vehicles:
- Alcoholic beverages, unless prior written authorization is obtained
- Tobacco products of any kind
- Glass containers
- Any illegal substances or weapons
Continental Bus Lines LLC. reserves the right to terminate any charter without refund if passengers engage in conduct that endangers safety or violates these terms.
5. Liability Limitations
Continental Bus Lines LLC. is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left on or in our vehicles
- Missed connections or events resulting from delays
In the event of a mechanical failure, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide an alternate vehicle or continue service within two (2) hours.
6. Group Representative Responsibility
The person signing the charter contract is the designated Group Representative and is responsible for: communicating these terms to all passengers, ensuring compliance with all rules, and being the point of contact for our dispatch team throughout the trip.
7. Website Use
The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Continental Bus Lines LLC. and may not be reproduced without written permission. We make no warranty that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
